MCS prides itself on being a family business, with excellent customer relationships the backbone of our strategy, and we strive to ensure that our customers will keep coming back to enjoy our wide selection of new and used motorcycles, as well as our well-stocked accessories department, and the comprehensively kitted-out workshop, manned by expert trained motorcycle mechanics. Come and visit us today in Renfrew ("Cradle of the Royal Stewarts"), we´re handily placed just behind the town hall, with plenty of on-road parking, and where a great welcome and a coffee/tea awaits you. Open 9 till 5:30 Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays (usually the first one of the month) reserved for our RAT ride-outs.
Managing Director - Bill Thomas

Bill: Working in the motorcycle trade for the last 20 years, starting in a small Yamaha shop in Paisley he has expanded up to a multi-franchise shop with Triumph and Kawasaki under his belt in Renfrew.
Sales Director - Moira O´Connor

Moira: Working in the motorcycle trade for over 18 years, she has become very knowledgable within all aspects of the business, initially starting in sales admin, she progressed to running her own showroom in Paisley when MCS expanded to Renfrew. Nowadays she is the out of sight force that keeps us running on a daily basis.
General Manager
Alun: Has worked in the motorcycle industry for over 15 years, starting in the parts department of the former M&P in Glasgow before moving onto working at Harley-Davidson. He also has worked as a motorcycle instructor in both Greenock and Rutherglen. Having spent a year living in wales and then two and a half years in Holland building trucks, he has since moved back to the homeland and has studied a cicil engineering course. Starting in MCS as Kawasaki and used bike sales person, he has now progressed to become general manager of this prestigious dealership.
Service Manager
Alan: Our long serving Service Manager has been employed by the company for the last 13 years, run´s the workshop like a well oiled engine while booking in work and ordering parts, he is like a stick of rock Kawasaki through and through, right up to the tattoo on the back of his neck.
Parts Manager

Stephen: Has worked in the motorcycle trade since 2005 starting off in motorcycle sales whilst covering days off in parts, service and clothing departments. Working in two main dealerships with three major brands - Honda, Kawasaki and Triumph. He is now an established member of the team, managing the parts department.
Kawasaki / Used Bike Sales Person

Billy: Has worked with MCS since 1994 and has a wide range of expertise within the business, having worked in all departments with various different brands throughout the years and also looking after our computer systems. He is currently working as our Kawasaki and used bike salesman where his knowledge of bikes is invaluable.
Triumph Sales Person

Chuck: Has been into bikes since birth, he has no shame and will ride anything and everything. He has been a bike instructor for the past 16 years and rides an average of 20,000mls a year. In his own words ´There is no season as far as I´m concerned, everyday is a good day for a bike´. He joined our team in 2013 working as our Triumph sales person and is very friendly and approachable.
Media & Clothing Manager

Lauren: Has been with MCS since March 2012, following a brief spell in bike sales she is now clothing and media manager. Prior to this she has had a whole host of jobs including skipper of the Renfrew ferry and clothing and parts assistant with Harley-Davidson. She loves bikes and gets out for ride outs and rallies as often as she can. She´ll always welcome you with a big smile and a 1st class attitude.
Customer Service
Damo: Has over 5 years experience in the motorcycle trade working in a variety of different roles, from sales to servicing. He started off airbrushing helmets and bikes before starting as service manager with BMW, he then moved to Harley-Davidson working as a salesman. Having started working with MCS in May 2011 he has worked in both workshop and aftersales roles. in his own words Damo says ´Customer service is my speciality, so feel free to ask me any thing and welcome to MCS´.
Workshop Manager

Alastair Reid: Started riding bikes at 7 years old, at 13 years old he started working in the motorcycle industry with a Saturday job at a local dealer. Having left school at 16 years old he went on and gained a city and guilds among other qualifications before working down south for a number of years in various different roles. Returning to Scotland he worked with Harley-Davidson, he then left Harley after 6 years and opened Area 51 where he remained for around 4 years before joining MCS in 2008. He currently races an RSV1000 (pictured above), and rides an HD Street Bob on the road. His hobbies include tae kwon do, riding and racing bikes, and playing with Clann An Drumma. His family are all bike crazy and also work in the motorcycle trade.
